When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. How do I track my package? After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number. Simply visit the carrier’s website and enter the tracking number to check the shipment status of the package.
Why can’t I track my order on the website?
Please note that tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after the update. So, if you can’t find the captured trace information, try again at 1-2 dawn.
Why is my product status not updated?

What is your return policy?
If you have questions about your order (defective product, order error, order damage, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you in reviewing your case and, if approved, we will send a replacement product.
